Build a sales kit your closers will actually use
Commission-only closers ramp on the assets you give them. Here's the minimal sales kit — pitch, proof, objection handling and creative — that turns a new closer into revenue fast.
A commission-only closer is motivated but cold: they don't know your product the way you do. The faster you hand them the right materials, the faster they close — and the less they improvise things you'd rather they didn't.
The minimal kit
- A one-page pitch. What it is, who it's for, the core outcome, the price. If a closer can't explain it in 30 seconds, neither can a prospect.
- Proof. Two or three case studies or metrics. Closers sell with evidence, not adjectives.
- An objection cheatsheet. The five objections you hear most, and the reframe for each. This is the single highest-leverage asset — it's exactly what vetting tests for.
- A demo or walkthrough. A recorded demo so every closer shows the product consistently.
For MRR, add creative
If the motion is digital acquisition rather than phone closing, the kit becomes ad creatives, landing copy, and email sequences — the raw material a closer needs to run paid acquisition for you at volume.
Gate it on acceptance
Don't dump the kit publicly. On Bounty-Flow the sales kit unlocks for a closer only once you accept their application — so your decks and creative go to people you've chosen, not to the whole internet. Details in the docs.
The gap between a closer's first week and their first deal is mostly the quality of your enablement. Treat the kit as a product, not an afterthought.
